| Shoshana Ron
- Vice President and Spokeswoman |
|
| President -Alliance of Bukhara Immigrants
A professional teacher, Mrs. Ron holds her position as president of the alliance for bukhara immigrants and is a member of “The Council of Immigrant Associations” for six years now. "I believe that if immigrants are to be successfully assimilated into Israeli society and to build their future here, the process has got to rely on their past, their cultural, historical and emotional baggage. The council should take care of projects which the organizations cannot support on their own. Our main goal is to make use of the council’s great potential in influencing the Israeli government, the municipalities, and of course, the Jewish Agency. This should lead us to the basic conclusion of every minister of absorption: the process of assimilation for new immigrants is not complete without the help of the immigrant organizations |

| President – Zionist Iranians in Israel
Born in Iran, Mr. Carmi immigrated to Israel at the age of nine. He holds a master's degree in physics and business management.
Most of his life, Soli has served in the Israeli air force filling various positions. Today he works as a business manager in the public sector. He’s been an active participant in the organization of Zionist Iranians for three years now and today fills the role of president of the organization.
"The important role that “The Council of Immigrant Organizations in Israel” plays is in its ability to make use of its "size advantage". The obligating character of most organizations in addressing the hardships of new immigrants to Israel, is suffering from lack of sufficient funds therefore the synergy created by collaboration of organizations through the council, works to maximize each organization's ability in serving its people. One more important aspect to balance the picture will be for the council to raise the issue of the decreasing number of immigrants to Israel in the Israeli government’s agenda.

"I believe that the combined experience of all immigrant Associations comes together in “The Council of Immigrant Associations in Israel” to create a greater power and influential force than each organization can hold on its own. This must be used to encourage immigration and build a successful absorption program. Our responsibility is to grant help to each immigrant in order for them to be assimilated into Israeli culture and be able to make a success of their lives, in their own terms.

|
| Abraham Yardaai
- Member in the Board of Management of The Council |
|
| Vice President – The Council for Ethiopian Immigrant Associations.
Abraham immigrated to Israel from Ethiopia in 1970.
"It seems at times, as though immigrants from Ethiopia still haven’t been fully assimilated into Israeli society. It is true that Israeli society suffers many problems, making the assimilation process very complicated, nevertheless, as a man who has chaperoned the Ethiopian immigration for almost 30 years now, and as a self proclaimed optimist, I believe that Ethiopian immigrants shall find their natural place amidst Israelis in spite of the problematic reality. To prove that this is possible, we must remember the rather successful absorption of the older immigrants who migrated to Israel in the "Moshe Project" which occurred between the end of 1984 and the beginning of 1985, also there are the even older immigrants who came to Israel in the 70's.

| Tima'a Mendelbaum
- Member in the Board of Management of The Council |
|
| Coordinator of immigration and absorption and project manager for The Organization of Hungarian Immigration
"Immigration is a necessary component of Israeli policy making and Israel’s realization as a Zionist Jewish state; therefore it must be given due respect and grand importance. I believe that immigration should be cared for and immigrants should be aided in their process of assimilation for both them and "The Council of Immigration Associations" have much to contribute to the Israeli country and society.
The success of the process is dependant on us and on the degree to which the council can reformat the perception and awareness of the Israeli people."
